PHOBIA 2
i am so gonna watch phobia 2!
hoho~
hope it would be a creepy one for me :X
shivers down my spine uh!
hopefully i wont be covering my eyes with my palm!
LOL.
i know i would do that if the music gets a little bit louder!

like real. saturday and sunday i would be studying

taking care of our skin is essential
without beauty, everything is gone
this reality is cruel
hence, we need to be "attractive" in order
to survive.
girls, take care of your skin esp your face
do not get too much of sunlight
drink more H2O
eat more oranges, do not eat too much watermelon as the sugar level is too high
easily get diabetes.
consume more vegetables which will give you more vitamins and minerals
take three balanced meal a day
2 servings of veg and fruits per day
do not consume too much fats, salt and sugar
easily lead to hypertension, obesity and etc
esp girls need more iron to help us gain more blood
due to our monthly period, eat more liver!
eat more dietary fibre food such as wholemeal bread and bananas
to prevent constipation and lower your blood cholesterol.
drink more milk which gives us calcium
kale and mustard are vital!
to build strong bones and teeth!
hoho. being a F&N student is great
in the future, i can be a nutritionist =b

eat more fruits peeps! important!
bring an umbrella out if you can =x

*tips: have an orange a day to increase vitamin C
drink at least 8 glasses of water
drink milk obviously
do facial after bathing as well as applying lotion on your body
do not eat too much meat, poultry, offal, chocolate and candy
have more cabbage, spinach, carrots and broccoli
dont be a fussy eater!
have more brown rice, white rice has too much sugar intake
sleep early as well as do not stress yourself too much
above this information is what i do everyday!
thats why healthy is VITAL!
